Vale-tudo (Portuguese for Anything goes. The individual words translate into English as vale - "is allowed" and tudo - "everything", but the term means anything goes) describes competitions in unarmed combat having minimal rules. It is sometimes considered a combat sport.
Through my lifetime education of physical fitness, 20 years of wrestling, 15 years of martial arts, and 13 years of personal training I have developed the knowledge necessary to help anyone reach their fitness goals. My experience in competition, including wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, judo, jiu-jistu, power lifting, racing and mixed martial arts, coupled with my Bachelor's degree in physical education has provided me with the knowledge to feed anyone's fitness needs. These skills and scholastics, matched with my motivation, intensity, drive and leadership will provide anyone to achieve and exceed all of their fitness goals. My experiences, as well as that of my trainers and student trainers and their enthusiasm, will help you succeed in a variety of personal, private and group instructed training environments.
You have to devote yourself to it: Your life. Sacrifice. There is going to be a lot of hours alone; A lot of nights when your buddies are going to say "Hey, let's go out for some drinks."... "Let's party."... "Let's go out and chase girls... let's do this.. let's do that." SACRIFICE.. Because if you don't, you will look back.. and you will regret every minute of it... and thats the worst part of this sport. I don't want to see that happen to anybody. Especially people that are training in my gym. I hope you all understand that. When I'm in your face and I'm yelling and I'm screaming.. There is a reason for it. Disappointment and regret is sure one hell of a hard thing to live with. -Scott Henze, Big Bully Martial Arts
